Ben Wedge at NASportsCar.com had this to say about Phoenix American Motorsports in a recent article.

“Phoenix is an SCCA stalwart. They have been preparing cars for club racers and professionals for years and have been winning for just as long. In 2015 the team leaves the IMSA Continental Tire series but will continue to run Ford Mustang Boss 302s, albeit in different trim. The team will prepare cars for Andrew Aquilante, Kurt Rezzetano and Preston Calvert. Both Aquilante and Calvert have won SCCA Touring championships and had strong showings in the SCCA Runoffs. Aquilante was also a factory Subaru driver when Subaru was running cars in Grand Am. This is a team is full of young talent but talent is talent. Look for all three of these drivers to be series threats.”
